Tooth Coloured Fillings

At Channon & Lawrence we use bonded composite rather than silver amalgam fillings. The composite material we use is matched to your existing tooth colour to keep your tooth looking natural. By using composite material we are able to repair small chips or broken edges on front teeth and replace smaller amalgam fillings without the need to remove unnecessary tooth structure.

For large fillings, particularly in the back teeth where chewing forces are greater, we recommend tooth coloured porcelain inlays to add strength and to return teeth to natural appearance and chewing function.
